Refund and Return Policy
At MINASA FRAGRANCES, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary.
*Eligibility for Returns and Refunds*
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
*Initiating a Return*

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the parcel being sent back.
*Damages and Issues*
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items*
We cannot return products that are:
- Damaged by the customer (unless proof is provided that the damage occurred before delivery)
- Sale items or discounted articles
- Orders placed using a discount code
*Exchanges*
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
1. Return the item you have
2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
A fee of PKR 350 will be charged for exchanging an item with a new one.
*Refunds*
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, after approval 25% will be deducted from the original amount, and the rest will be transferred to your preferred payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
